This all began about 10 years ago on a plane. In the seat next to me was a teenage girl and she asked me a simple question: “What really leads to success?” But, even though I’d achieved success, I couldn’t tell her how I did it. I mean, how did a dunce like me, who barely passed high school, become a millionaire?
I got off the plane and went to a conference of the rich and famous, and I thought, “Why don’t I ask them what helped them succeed and find out what really leads to success.” Then the little project grew into:
